Privacy Policy

The short version: StrongCore does not collect personal data. Your workout data never leaves your device. We don't know who you are, what you do in the app, or how to contact you. That's by design.
1. Data We Do NOT Collect
StrongCore does not collect, store, or transmit:
- Your name, email, phone number, or any personal identifiers
- Your health or fitness data
- Your workout history or Pelvic Force Score
- Your location
- Your contacts, photos, or any other personal information
2. On-Device Storage
All app data (workout logs, preferences, progress, Pelvic Force Score) is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is part of your device backup (iCloud or local) but is never sent to our servers. We do not have servers that receive user data.
3. Analytics
StrongCore uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data. This includes:
- App opens and session duration
- Screen views (which screens are visited)
- Crash reports
- Device type and iOS version
This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you. It helps us understand how the app is used so we can improve it. Firebase Analytics is provided by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use Adapty to manage subscription status. Adapty receives an anonymous identifier from Apple to verify your subscription — it does not receive your name, email, or Apple ID. See Adapty's Privacy Policy.
5. No Third-Party Advertising
StrongCore does not display ads and does not share data with advertising networks.
6. No Account Required
There is no login, no registration, and no account creation in StrongCore. You can use the app completely anonymously.
7. Children's Privacy
StrongCore is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Data Deletion
Since all data is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app. There is nothing on our end to delete.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
